Our Story

Our famous hamburgers originated in 1971, by Julio and Alicia Roldan at the Easy Stop Drive-In.

In 1998 we became Julio’s Easy Stop, continuing to sell our famous hamburgers. We soon began to incorporate many other menu items.

In 2005, Julio and Alicia stepped down from running the day to day operations and handed over the restaurant to one of their son’s, Randy Roldan. Over the years Randy has taken the business from a small mom and pop restaurant to a booming successful establishment. In 2014, Randy and his wife Rox-Ann decided to expand with a new larger restaurant and we also added a drive-thru.

So now that you know our story: come try some of our new favorite dishes like our popular Carne Guisada, the Fry Pie, the Julio Pie, our never soggy Chalupa’s, our tasty enchilada’s, our super delicious steak taco. Don’t forget our fresh Barbacoa but only served on Friday’s and Saturday’s, so get it while it lasts!

We have also prided ourselves on making homemade fresh tortillas by hand daily. Our tortilla maker, Margarita, has been with the restaurant for over 20 years!

Each and every member works hard to ensure that all customers leave happy and full after each visit. We strive on serving great food and providing exceptional customer service for anyone who visits our establishment!!!
